Allison Nickles is a proud New Jersey native who now calls Texas home. A Cum Laude graduate of Rutgers University with a major in Criminal Justice and Psychology, and a minor in Criminology, Allison brings a unique combination of analytical skills and empathy to her real estate career. Before transitioning into real estate, she spent years working in mental health and social services, where she learned the importance of patience, understanding, and a compassionate approach—qualities that now serve her well as a trusted Realtor.


Allison’s personal experience with relocating 1,600 miles has given her a deep understanding of the challenges and dedication required during the moving process. She is committed to making the transition as smooth and stress-free as possible for her clients.
